Yeah I hear ya..variety and music sure help to keep the motivation. The machines with your own lcd screen to watch TV are cool as well.

There is Mui Thai and BJJ at my gym but at 43, I 'm not sure I have the dedication to commit to either of those. Hell I still have to live with ankle and knee injuries from doing Tae Kwon Do back in college.
