Why is it when I have reported sites / galleries of girls who are clearly underage, prepubescent teens, cookie hanging out, butt naked not in an artistic way... the reply is:
"We could not determine whether the models are`clearly` under the age of 18; therefore, we are nable to report the website to the authorities"
What kind of a cop out reply is that? When a girl looks like she is 12 years old with her cookie hanging out... it does not take a rocket scientist to determine her age.
I have reported many sites / galleries with girls who were clearly underage, all with the same BS reply. I have since stopped reporting and wasting my time. My guess is that the little girls need to be banging donkeys, bareback, holding ids in hand in the school yard, to be reported to the authorities.
What kind of CP really does get reported to the authorities?
