What kind of a cop out reply is that? When a girl looks like she is 12 years old with her cookie hanging out... it does not take a rocket scientist to determine her age.

I have reported many sites / galleries with girls who were clearly underage, all with the same BS reply. I have since stopped reporting and wasting my time. My guess is that the little girls need to be banging donkeys, bareback, holding ids in hand in the school yard, to be reported to the authorities.

What kind of CP really does get reported to the authorities?
Why would an organization that has a singular mission of fighting CP be 'copping-out'? That's illogical.. so I recommend you dig a little deeper for an answer.

I went to the FAQ's at ASACP.org to find the answer. They clearly state:

"Child nudity does not always equal child pornography. The determining factor with child pornography is not whether the child is nude, partially nude, or fully clothed. The determining factor is what the child is doing and/or having done to him/her."

I don't condone what is obvious exploitation to people like you and me, but this is not clear-cut child abuse in the eyes of US law. There have been legitimate artusts, such as Mapplethorpe, who have fought for that to be the case.

Hope that helps.
