Sure they do, but chances are they will distance themselves from such an assclown. That is unless he has something they need like drugs or if he gives good head. Then maybe he will get some protection. Even then protection only goes so far and can be bought off no matter what the gang affiliation is. A guy flying a racist banner that obvious is a shank magnet and probably not worth the hassle a white gang would have to invest to keep him alive.
