First off let me say i like epassporte , the idea , etc... but i dont get why companies reach a certain point then all of a sudden they dont care about their customers , or customer questions..
I have seen several very relevant questions go unanswered and lumped together with inuendo and gossip.
I dont think everyone expects you to answer every epass tidbit that comes your way on gfy , but some of us would like some sort of answers..
