There sure are some idiots on this board.
These guys got exactly what they deserved for trying to perpetrate a "hoax."
I could careless what the "redneck", "racist" nurse from Georgia's immediate feelings about muslim people are...these guys only confirmed her beliefs when they decided toy with her.
Imagine if someone had heard a similar conversation involving planes smacking into the WTC back on 9-10-2001 and decided that the politically correct thing to do was to ignore the statements and keep imagining there aren't 1,000's of radical muslims who want us all dead.
I am a free speech advocate but as we all know you can't yell "Fire" in a crowded movie theatre. It has it's limitations, and talking in hushed tones about a possible terrorist act is one.
I look at this situation like I look at the Rodney King situation.
We all have laws to follow, cops do as well as their departmental procedures.
But once you come into contact with Johnny Law and you decide to stop playing by the rules, then expect that possibly their rules might have gone out the window as well.
No cops shouldn't be beating motorists, harassing muslim medical students...but then if you run from a guy with a gun who has asked you to stop...don't be surprised if that extremely fallible human being doesn't shoot you in the back.
Sure he'd be in the wrong...but you'd be dead right.
Fuck these guys...once again they got exactly what they deserved for making such bone head statements.
