Rick's mantra is he won't even sell any domain for less than $100K. He puts that much value on each one and takes the perspective you want a great property address (i.e. location location location) to do Net business on, you pay top dollar. And I'm seeing that reality being more and more realistic in terms of what people will pay for keyword domains.
How much do people pay to own prime properties in the bricks and mortar world? A fortune compared to domains. And B&M is going downhill while virtual land is skyrocketing.
