Being that they are still in business I guess we can just assume that out of all the people they've pissed off they've never been sued! They obviously don't know shit and will be shut down as soon as some bigshot from GFY hears about this! Nope, you can believe they have lawyers flowing out their ass and you can believe they don't give 2 shits what anyone says. Why? Because there isn't a fucking thing anyone can do. They are making content that is publically available searchable.
People also keep making the argument that they are different from google because they actually archive the stuff on their servers. Well hot damn, wtf does google and a plethora of other sites do? They going to be shutting their doors soon to? Yes they moderate shit to an extent but do you think they look at every fucking picture on the internet?
Making millions of files searchable is no easy task and it's impossible to keep the bad shit out regardless of how gung ho some GFY flamer is today. If managing millions of files were oh so easy google would have no child porn on their servers correct?
Then to top it off, the number of pure fucking hypocrites bitching has my sides splitting. As just one example look at Smockey all high and moral about GUBA and their stolen content. I guess he checked those morals at the door when he HACKED THE FUCKING BOARD multiple times. And then we have donny in this thread bitching at me about copyrights when anyone can search for his Fletchxxx drama and see his real stance on that matter.
