While we've understood for a while now that GUBA is badly perceived by many in our industry, we've been hesitant to refuse their business simply because they're a controversial site. We don't consider ourselves in a position to judge the legalities of this, and we attempt to stay impartial and not get too involved in making judgments when sites become popular or unpopular to do business with. We've operated under the understanding that GUBA provides an interface by which to find legal content, similar in a broad sense to any online directory service.
However, due to overwhelming feedback from our other business associates, and after much discussion between us about this issue, we have jointly decided to remove GUBA from our listings. While we certainly have our own views on the ethics involved in this, we want to clarify that this is strictly a business decision. Thanks.
