Call up the support sometime, Make sure to ask for advanced support you will get a guy that got 20 minutes training, regular support people get 15 minutes.

Ok this is what I was looking for I have spent over an hour probably on support and they keep on telling me the wrong information.
This has been going on for around a month now
I got an account to get some domains a long time ago and trying to get them out for years it seems overall
