I definitely agree with the first point, what matters at the end of the pay period is the amount on the check. I could care less if i made 1, 100, or 1000 signups. For that matter I don't even bother looking how many clicks a sponsor records. I care about the bottom line from each sponsor and checking who made the most money and I keep promoting them.
In regards to the second point, I believe in the adult business that once i get a hit, I should have the rights to any sale from it for the sole reason that companies out there can afford it. Silvercash for example pays on exits and a few other companies do. This doesn't mean everyone has to, but when a few companies take the lead like this, I like to think it would set the trend. In reality Silvercash and TrafficCash both allow tracking of exit sales and because they are already paying out $40/signup, this makes me want to do business with companies that pay at least the same and also on exits because there are companies that can afford to.
Of course people like SexHit who pay $70/signup, no way would I expect them to pay on exits. All relative to the bottom line...
