I just dont see the problem with these pics. They were shot, most of them, from the hip without even seeing what they shot. Needless to say the cams back then were nothing compared to what they are today. It was shot on the moon. Noone had experience shooting there. They had lights all over the place which causes odd shadows and odd lighting. Honestly, i wouldnt expect anything else than the pics ive seen. I find it completely normal they way they look knowing the circumstances they were shot in.
