No they are not. There's a top journalist Alexis Papahelas that did the full research again from the beginning after it was disputed that lasted for months. His documentary shows all evidences someone needs to draw a proper conclusion. At that point everything is upon interpretation. I don't believe in any govts good faith, it's an illusion.
