They used to... back in the day.
I remember lots of programs had in their terms "no picpost or tgp traffic". But that was mostly when per click ruled.
Now its all pay per signup and recurring so who really gives a fuck how shitty the traffic is.
What we need is bandwidth prices to go up and freehosts operaters to be drug into the street and shot in the face. tgps would die if it was 7 bucks a gig like the old days. And a fuck of alot less galleries would be built if someone had to actually pay for bandwidth.
You people complain about cheap surfers yet you cant pay for your own bandwidth.
I have an idea, why dont you all fucking die.
