Well as a full time affiliate myself, I've NEVER been able to accomplish anything using freehost submitting.
EDIT:
I'd love to be able to throw 200k a day at TGP galleries with nothing but toplist links and bannerexchanges...but on a freehost, I know I will never get that kind of traffic. Will I do it on my own dime...fuck no....not even at the 1.00usd a gig I have now.
