Regardless of dates and all the other shit .. point is that he bought the content and didn't get it.
Who in their right mind shoots exclusive content and sends the originals to the client without making any backups.

He probably does have backups but may have sold that content to someone else so now he can't give it to you as exclusive and doesn't want to take the time to shoot all new stuff for you.
