Like most occassions of having to basically *predict* what you're goingto need like 6mos. from now, because you have to *invest that hardware today, the theoretical *peak* of your demand is probably a HARD number -- meaning you would not be buying any new hardware, unless you had some pretty good sense of the ceiling you were beginning to scratch --

-- But now the question of how much to spend boils down to whether you're going to spec out yer shit for MOMENTARY BURSTS of X or for SUSTAINED X -- so, basically - if ya got the balls, shoot for sustained --
