If your unhappy with the work then it's up to you to provide in details what you want or wanted so that the designer has a chance to develop your dream into reality. Yet you have provided no proof, no details on how much input you had in the project or call logs/icq - so right now all that can be said is that the jury is still out until such time that someone steps up to the plate. For all we know you paid money - continued to complain asking for minor changes until the designer said, "enough of this shit of continuing to make changes for free". You usually get a limit on the amount of free changes before you get paid.
That is not at all what happend.. He made something I didnt approve off. I was just not happy.. Thats all I am now going to get afternoon delight.. Love you all PEACEEE
