Anyone use any to buy simple meds like allergy medication?

I have no insurance and don't feel like paying out my ass for a doctors appt just to tell me what I already know (I have allergies) then prescription costs, but don't want to just throw money at some random online pharmacy.

Has anyone here ever used one? Is it legal? I'm talking just allergy meds, nothing major. I've seen some that don't even require a prescription for 'flonase', but don't know what to trust. Thanks
