That's because high times doesn't try the hydro grown in the Canadian prairies. I love BC bud, I go out there every year, but some of the hydro I've had from right here in Winnipeg blows it away. The fucking Government grows it in mine shafts in these parts, for Christ's sake.

It's basically decriminalized in Manitoba already, I've been pulled over by cops several times where it's quite obvious I just put out a joint, and they haven't said a thing.
