I've never met him and I suppose I should have qualified my statement by saying "I appreciate the fact that he's constantly posting (and somewhat impressed that he can actually make a lot of worth while threads considering his numbers, with the unfortunate consquesnce that my moderately usefull to complete bullshit threads get driven to page two...) and enjoy some of his humor, he does not add much in the way of either insite into our industry or a calming presence when there are major changes. Shemp, and a few others (Eroswebmaster for example), don't provide much along the line of direct help (i.e. giving me their secrets) but they have always added a calming, level headed presence to any thread. Shemps posts are (seemingly) always two or three line, direct, and polite. My posts are these monsterous pieces of shit filled with too many parentheses and colmas. I have never once seen either of them get mad and go keyboard warrior on someone. Even though this board is called GoFuckYourself I still appreciate the professional attitude posters like Shemp add.
