creatine is found in red meat - its not hard to get the same amount from eating red meat as it is to supplement your intake. i seriously doubt it caused a tumor.... furthermore, i am 100% sure that you cannot prove it.
bad things happen to good people. accept it and move on. you don't need to find something to blame to make sense of it.
