I can't believe we still get this question. We always get our 2257 paperwork -PERIOD.
If a model/contestant hasn't given us his/her id and filled out their paperwork, they are not shot - NO EXCEPTIONS. You would have to be a moron to produce content and not get the proper paperwork, especially for a site as big as
