"Popular US wireless carriers, Cingular and T-Mobile temporarily pulled the Motorola RAZR V3 cell phone from their product lines last week, due to a possible glitch.
The glitch reportedly causes the phones to periodically disconnect calls, power down, and restart, without any visible reason. Motorola spokesman, Alan Buddendeck says that this problem affects hahaha8220;a very limited number of RAZR handsets sold for GSM (Global System for Mobile Communications) networks over the last four weeks,hahaha8221;
Motorola is currently going through inventory supplies to locate and recall units that could be affected by the glitch. Buddendeck says that the process will be finished, and RAZR phones will again be fully available within a few days.
Users who bought a defective RAZR in the past month are being instructed to contact their retailer for a free replacement."
My phone works great and I have not had any problems with it.
