Apparently Canadian companies cannot offer Visa through ccbill.

As KimmyKim said, check out Paycom (
www.paycom.net). Also, Netbilling might be able to help. Mitch and crew are great and Netbilling has a great reputation. Paycom has a good rep. as well, don?t get me wrong.
I am not sure about CCBill, e-mail them and find out!
