Could be wrong but I thought they have them now - or at least some?
Go through the Custom Creation tool. After you select the images for the galleries (select a bunch of photos sets, some definetly will show up with descriptions) -> the last page has 3 boxes of links: Encoded Linking, Enc. with Descriptions, Decoded format.
