I think Canada is smart to not build a huge military. What would be the point? If for some bizarre reason any country decided to attack Canada, the US would be in there in seconds to help kick ass. But that's a pretty lame way to look at things don't you think?
David Harris "Counsel for Canadian Security" claims that the pull out in Afghanistan was because they didn't have the resources, or people needed to rotate a squad.
That is indeed scary.
Other than that I have no problem with Canada.
