Military power does not tell whether a country is in good shape or not. Anyone saying otherwise does not know what factors contribute to being in good shape.
The Canadian political system of not being too aggressive when it comes to foreign issues is an intelligent political structure and for a part protects Canada from problems seen today in other countries. (terrorism).
The thread starter is obviously totally misinformed about Canada and its society.
Canada is a beautiful country and I hope to visit it this year.
