A) If you think you are going to get any of the good .XXX names you are sorely mistaken. There will be a select few that will get their hands on them and you will not be one of them.
B) do you realize that if there is a .XXX and its mandatory all the government has to to is require ISPs to BLOCK all .XXX domains. Or perhaps the ISPs in certain conservative states will do that on their own. How much money are you making then?
