When I was in San Diego, there was about the same sized speedbumps out there, and you would scrape the bottom of the car at 3mph, I could only imagine what it would be like at 60+mph.

Actually, as I used to be a cab-driver, and usually in a hurry I found out that going over speedbumps at 60km/h is easier on the car than going over them at 30km/h. The upwards motion on the higher speed causes the car to 'float' just over the bump. Going at it at 100km/h will make the car jump. Tested that also.
