Sure go ahead and promote per/installs programs. You're only playing with your own income. In a few months you'll regret you ever did it because you'll never see a signup to any of your per/signup sponsors anymore because:
a/ you've lost all trust from your surfers
and
b/ they will be changing your refferalids in the surfers browser
But don't worry we're all in this biz for the quick buck aren't we?
Can't bvelieve that respactable webmasters (which I consider Tranza to be) even consider promoting that kind of sh*t.
