It may be a bit late for lawyers Gerco, tho some wm's have used lawyers in the past with a fair degree of success (despite iBill not abiding by the court order or prior arrangement).

The Florida Attorney Generals office has been waiting for many months to assemble a list of aggrieved parties and, last I heard, - are still waiting. (They basically need food to work with and take action.) Clearly there is a lot of talk and very little action among webmasters otherwise the iBill saga would be acted upon. The least any iBill creditor with a genuine complaint could do is get on the phone now and register your complaint.

Only my but no doubts iBill have already been preparing for their demise and with an avenue which will avoid, as far as possible, "interference" from US laws. Dumping Spaniak and Markley, there are smartasses who employed these guys and they are well-familiar with closing down a "problem company" with the minimum of fuss and leaving creditors to moan till the next eclipse of the moon. Intervention using US law is prob an option which may be running out at this time - it may be better to deal direct with "authorities" before the action slides to another jurisdiction.
