Well you wouldn't even be arrested for fucking emma because she's 16, so it's not even a criminal offense let alone pedophilia, so it's not even worth talking about 13 year olds as thats irrelevant. (not that a 25+ person should be screwing 16 years olds of course even if it's not illegal.)
