Apparently, juicing fruit basically takes all the good parts out (fiber...and stuff that makes you feel full) and leaves behind tons of sugar and vitamins which you could get through a supplement or just eating the stuff instead.

That's why you should get a vita-mix, it doesn't remove anything it all get's blended up into a great smoothy. I also recommend not doing fruit in the AM, the sugar wil just make you toxic, it's better to do veggies

Raw Vegetable Soup
4 cups water, steaming
1 medium carrot, cut in 1-inch pieces
1 rib celery, with leaves
2 or 3 green scallions
2 bouillon vegetable cubes
3 tablespoons tomato paste
Sea Salt & Pepper to taste
Blend for 3 minutes
