Hey I started the northern california chapter...
I also pioneered the rules concerning the use of the "Lightning Bolt".
And to my knowledge that wizard was not using tournament lightning bolts...If anyone knows his character's name I'd like to bring him before the rule board...we may have to negate any experience he may have gained.
