But again I find myself fucked up..
There is one thing about Atlanta GA is there is nothing else, there is always somewhere to get messed up, and always someone to welcome your new mindset.
I went out tonight for a long period of about 45 mins. in that time I have met a tranny, a real pimp and a crack head..
unusually I had more in common with the crack head than I did with the pimp.. which as I said is unusual.. this gentleman is homeless and as far as I can remember, his name is Sampson.
probably 45 years old and full of stories.. rather or not Sampson was full of shit, isn't even important, he has fun... can you imagine your average porn peddler having a good time when he knows he has no where to stay, no permanent home, no family, and no steady source of income..
I gave Sampson $53.78.. that was all the money I had on me.. I didn't do it because he gave me a S.O.B. story.. I gave it to him because he took time out of worrying about his own life to sit and chill with me.. he has a daughter in Cali who is my age.. 24 and he hasn't seen her in 15 years.. again bullshit or not, this man tells good stories..
I learnt something about myself when talking to him, the difference between Sampson and myself is only one thing... Luck
Luck, or Karma, or chance plays so much in our life that we don't even know about.. take a few moments, walk out on your balcony or porch and breath some air, sample somthing great this weekend, try somthing new...... For you, not anyone else but take a moment to appreciate where you are in life right now, if your having a hard time remember those hard times.. if your on top of the world take that and imprint that in your brain and remember it..
most importantly be yourself, because when you change for someone else your killing off your only chance to enjoy life, you are who you are for a reason..
