My money goes into down payments on duplexes, condos, and small (< 4 units) apartments.
The rest is cash or paper that I can liquidate in 30 days.
One day I'm going to sell everything, and just travel the world cheaply and grow a beard. Probably buy a sailboat too and pull a Bison Dele.
But until then, I'm living like a college student even though I make 6 figs.
