What I dislike is the fact that some of us that live in a supposedly free and capitalistic country do not have the other option. You and everyone else has the option of opening a smoke free bar, club, restaurant, yet many of us do not have the other option. We can not choose to open a smoking bar, club, or restaurant if we desired to cater to smokers.

Of course we know in a true capitalistic environment it would take care of itself and business owners would do what is best for their bottom line. They would compete and if there were enough non smokers or smokers each would end up getting their own places to cater to them. Of course though we can not have that due to it making to much sense and that everyone feels the need to push their own personal beliefs on others. Of course only as long as you happen to be in the right group.
