As for advantages - the main one is I can feel a difference in my lungs - no little pains, far easier to catch my breath, seems like I can literally "fit" more air into them - like they used to be.
About 5000 Pounds sterling or roughly $10,000 usd per year better off cashwise.
I dont get small glowing bits of ash dropping on my hands whilst typing (not a frequent thing but a real anoyance when it happened.
Kind of proud knowing that I am returning to being like most other people - a non-smoker - back in the "normal" club
