Are you waiting for your LUMP?
I had smoked for 15 years. In June 2005 I began lifting weights again. (still smoking) in an effort to get in better shape. Well, a few days into my routine, I pulled a small muscle in my chest. The next evening it swole up a little and made a lump in my chest. I went to bed and put my hands on my chest and felt the lump. I was so scared it was lung cancer, that I have not smoked since.
Even though it turned out to be a pulled muscle, you clearly get my point... right?
Are you waiting for your lump before you quit smoking?
