...not to mention that they add their own transaction fee to every charge, both initial and rebill... the rebill databases that were transferred to them from iBill are already being rebilled but w/ the additional transaction fee being tacked onto each old rebill. i can only imagine what all these old customers will think when they see not only a new descriptor on their creditcard statements but also an unfamiliar amount. maybe this is where Etelegate's chargeback fees really start to become a moneymaker for them..
