A home is a major purchase and I believe that you shouldn't have to buy one immediately after you have only been shown about 8 shitty homes by them. Especially when you DO NOT trust a word the realtor says.

Do you really want that asshole to get 3% of the price? Realtors are a dime a dozen... and with so many of them these days, I'd say a nickel a dozen at best.
