CCBILL and the other processors picked up most of their business. That's when people first started realizing that high chargebacks could result in severe punishment. IMO though, the major 3rd party processors didn't do enough to cramp down on the sites they processed for. They should have said "fuck you" to anybody over 2-3% chargebacks. Sure it's difficult to turn away any business, but in hingsight, it would be saving us all a ton of headaches right now.
