There's a huge difference between using Photoshop and designing. You have a, how should I put this... thick style, which you don't seem to wanna step out of, and it's working to your disadvantage. While there may be some promise in your works, they just don't go all the way. You need to learn to be much more flexible and, most of all, you need to learn what actually sells. A big mouth will never make you a top 5 designer. Results will. Hope this helps.
