Dude none of you guys will ever be able to rent again if you do anything to bad. The best thing to do is get four big rats at a pet shop and a few baby ones also, put them in the closets, oven (do not have it on of course), under the sinks, etc... That would be a fun time for someone cleaning the place especially since rats/mice freak the hell out of a lot of people.
