If I was dealing with somebody I trusted I would just take their word for it until I heard reason to look into it. I know its naive and not very thorough... but thats just me. I certainly don't join every paysite network I promote and I never signed up for the free ezines I send traffic to.

Don't know about you but before I promote anything I'l make sure it's good ... test signups etc.
