For a bit of a background, I worked at a few different data centers and a few different hosts as administrator/tech/developer. I build kind of like a friendly relationship with clients during my tenure so even after I leave the company or if they leave the company, they always contact me back and ask if I can help them with a problem or manage their servers.
Now, visiting their site brought back the horror stories. I took care of a few issues for a client of my few years back. All I remember is that their support is VERY minimal and they charge for anything extra that they do. Take a look at their order page, you have a limit on the number of reboots you can request every month and every reboot thereafter is $29. The cheapest server you're allowed two support instances per month and every ticket thereafter is $15.
I'm sorry, I've been in the dedicated server business for half a decade now and can't say you'll be fine with them unless you have someone on the inside helping you out when your server acts up.
