The best steak houses I've ever eaten at, Seattle and Winnetoba, had their own exclusive private ranches and they were far away from the restaurants.
Best filets ever! It's all about tenderness and flavor comes from how they prepare it. ie they dry
age and then marinate to flavor. That and it's the highest quality from the get go!
