As earilier stated, I told em he would be paid when the site launched, also if the sound track was used.
Plane and simple.
I kept the sound file on line for people to listen to.
I demo'd here on GFY. No one liked it.
At that point I was going to pay em anyways when the site launched.
That's what was agreed.
At this point there is no point in paying em shit.
Besides the tune can be sold to anyone at this point to anyone. He probably could or already has found a buyer for it.

I make it known that I run a small operation, I work hard, I am not loaded with cash like everyone else is seemingly around here, which is why this deal was arranged the way it was.
