I hear that, eru. A friend of mine sells pirated movies. All he does is DivX DVD Rips. 2 CD's for an average movie, and you honestly cannot tell the difference between the DivX and the DVD unless you actually look for it. The sound quality is probably the only place you'd notice it (if you had a Dolby setup, you obviously wouldn't get the surround sound).
But yeah, MPEG's for surfers, for sure.
